Disposition:
Strong sense of Justice: Having grown up as the daughter of the “man who saved the world from Cell”, Videl has had a strong sense of justice since she was a child. It’s why she is perfectly willing to put herself into harm’s way to protect people, even if the situation is something that has nothing to do with her. Despite being nothing more than a normal person (at least at the time), she was willing to work with the police to take on criminals when called by them regardless of the danger.

Stubborn: She's stubborn. Unreasonably stubborn at times, sticking with situations that most normal people would realize were hopeless and would try to get out of. Part of this again has to do with trying to live up to her father’s supposed legacy, as she continued on with a fight when she was practically being tortured to near death in the ring because she couldn’t bring herself to admit defeat. But she can also be stubborn outside of that context as well, as she was very fixated on trying to figure out all the details of Gohan’s life that didn’t make sense to her when he first joined her class (which just so happened to include him being the very superhero that she was trying to unmask), even resulting to stalking him after school to see when he would leave and how, since he apparently lived too far away to even begin to think of actually attending her school.

Over-competitive: Videl can be a bit over-competitive, both in regards to martial arts and even in her crime fighting. Which can lead Videl to being single-minded and relentless at times when something that she wants or wants to know is involved, leading her to doing some “not so nice” things on occasion. Like, say, blackmailing a superhero with his identity being exposed if he doesn’t join the World Martial arts tournament so she can fight him, and also force him into teaching her how to fly. She's not quite as bad about this as she used to be after two years of knowing that there was no way she could ever get anywhere near strong enough to fight alongside her world's actual strongest fighters. But put her in a situation where that no longer applies and this aspect of her personality can likely come to the forefront again.

Devoted to Martial Arts: Videl used to be heavily devoted to her martial arts training, spending most of her free time that wasn't spent helping out the police towards training and getting stronger. While a good part of this was because she just enjoyed fighting, another sizeable portion of it was because she was trying to live up to her father's example. Once she found out that her father didn't beat Cell, and that she was impossibly far behind every other ki using martial artist, this started to fade for her a bit. Not yet enough where she'd stop training and retire from fighting all together, but enough so that she wasn't training anywhere near as much, since she came to the realization that she was too far behind for any training to do much good. This is also something else about her that's bound to end up being kickstarted again with being transported into another world were her reasons for slowing down no longer apply.

Under pressure: Generally, when Videl is dealt with a difficult situation, her stubbornness tends to come out in full force, doubling down on whatever action her first instinct was in that situation. In her fight against Spopovich in the Tenkaichi Budokai, that instinct was to keep fighting regardless of how badly outclassed she was until it the results of the match were completely out of her hands. In Noctium, her first instinct for what she should do is to restart her training in full force now that she's been taken from her world and there being someone with the strength of Son Goku (and the others around his level of strength) to fight off against any threat that could come to the world. She'll be slightly less inclined to want to do all of the hugging with random strangers, but as generating Manna is the only way she can have access to the powers she'll need to fight against any threat in this world she'll quickly come around on that (at least for things that aren't romantic/sexual in nature).

Condition upon arrival: Perfect Health

Abilities:
Martial Arts: Videl is a martial artist, having trained to fight since she was a kid. She was strong enough to win the junior division of the Tenkaichi Budokai when she was a child, and only got stronger since that point. To the point that she both surpassed her father (the champion of the Tenkaichi Budokai at the time) without realizing it and was allowed to assist the police against armed criminals when she was only a teenager.

Ki Manipulation: Videl knows how to manipulate her ki, allowing her to break the normal limits of a martial artist. While she isn't that strong or skill with manipulating ki compared to, well, anyone else, this still puts her leagues above any non-ki using martial artist in Dragon Ball. While she is capable of learning all the various applications of ki manipulation including throwing Ki blasts, the following two uses on the list are the only applications of ki that Videl has used in canon (so not including any of the video games)

Enhanced Strength: By using her ki, Videl is able to enhance her punches and kicks to have far more force behind them than would normally be possible with her build. At first, this increase in strength wasn't even conscious, but after two years of knowing how to utilize her ki she no longer has any issues with using too much power when fighting someone.

Flight: Videl can also use her ki to both levitate in the air while fighting as well as flying across great distances.

Inventory:

Usual clothes: Her usual outfit of a long white tanktop over a short-sleeved pink t-shirt, black exercise shorts, and boots.

Great Saiyaman 2 transformation watch: Watch that with a push of a button replaces her outfit with a superhero outfit. In theory the outfit could be swapped out for another one though.

Capsule case with 3 empty capsules in it: The capsules function pretty much like "hammerspace" containers, able to store various objects inside them. In canon they've been used to store houses but Videl will only have empty ones on her. The Great Saiyaman watches are a variation of this technology.
